Hi, I’m Deb… otherwise known as Deborah Boyd. I offer private and semi-private Classical Pilates lessons using the reformer, tower, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat in my bright home studio located in historic Steveston Village, Richmond, BC. I also have an extensive video library of mat classes if you prefer to work out on your own. Videos are available as a one time rental or via an affordable monthly fee. I became a certified Pilates instructor because I was profoundly affected by my own experience with Pilates. Having trained in the Classical method of Joseph Pilates (under the guidance of the esteemed Emmie Li), I am a passionate believer in the power and effectiveness of the system. I truly believe everyone needs Pilates and anyone at any age will benefit from it. If you’re looking to improve your posture, strengthen your core, correct muscle imbalances, rehabilitate after an injury or improve your overall fitness – Classical Pilates could be the key for you to meet your personal goals.
A balanced and integrated body is necessary for movement mastery.
